Description

Job Summary: A professional responsible for laying construction materials, cladding building facades, performing building maintenance, carrying out minor repairs, and managing the company's assets. Key Highlights: 1. Performs building maintenance and minor repairs to infrastructure. 2. Responsible for asset control and furniture integrity. 3. Assists with cleaning and organizing the workplace. Laying bricks and other construction materials Cladding building facades with mortar, plaster, or similar materials Assisting with workplace cleaning and organization Responding to building maintenance requests, assessing reported issues, and seeking the most efficient and safe solution. Implementing actions to maintain company facilities in good working condition and ensure safe working conditions, performing minor repairs and promoting infrastructure and layout adaptations. Managing asset control, maintaining records of furniture and equipment locations, conducting periodic inventories, and ensuring furniture and facility integrity.
