Focus on corrective and preventive building maintenance **Job Title: Mason – Building Maintenance** **Job Description:** We are hiring a mason with experience in building maintenance to work on small- and medium-scale construction projects. We seek a committed, technically skilled professional with attention to detail to perform masonry, plastering, floor tiling, and other related tasks. **Responsibilities:** * Perform masonry, cladding, plastering, and finishing works; * Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance on common areas and façades; * Follow project plans and technical specifications; * Ensure proper use of tools and materials; * Comply with safety regulations and correct use of PPE. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a mason; * Knowledge of reading basic project drawings; * Basic occupational safety knowledge; * Punctuality, proactivity, and organization. **Employment Type:** On-site – CLT or Service Provider (to be negotiated) **Location:** Recife\-PE Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Up to R$2\.310,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Expected Start Date: 05/19/2025
