Job Summary: A Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising and guiding field teams, ensuring activities are executed in accordance with project plans, schedules, and quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Supervise and guide field teams in civil construction. 2. Ensure activities are carried out according to project specifications and quality standards. 3. Control the use of materials and equipment and uphold safety regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and guide field teams (masons, laborers, and other professionals); * Ensure activities are executed in accordance with project plans, schedules, and quality standards; * Control the use of materials and equipment on site; * Support planning and organization of work fronts; * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in civil construction; * Knowledge of reading and interpreting construction drawings; * Experience managing construction site teams; * Completion of elementary education. Compensation: R$2\.500,00 \- R$4\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
