In all locations, we consistently deliver a differentiated, top-tier product across business segments and primary and secondary housing for middle to high-income clients. **What you will do:** Monitor and verify the execution of installation services, ensuring compliance with project designs and technical specifications; assist in developing and disseminating construction management plans such as the Construction Management Plan (PGO) and Integrated Management System (SGI); conduct training and provide guidance to employees on standards and procedures. Control activities at the construction site, verifying compliance with Service Execution Procedures (PES), update layouts and designs, monitor the use of machinery and equipment.
