The professional will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all maintenance activities, aiming for maximum asset availability, cost optimization, and operational safety. If you are passionate about leading teams, solving technical challenges, and driving continuous improvement, this opportunity is for you. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan, schedule, and supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities for machines, equipment, and infrastructure. * Lead and develop the maintenance team, fostering a safe, productive, and collaborative work environment. * Manage the maintenance department budget, controlling costs and optimizing resource utilization. * Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations in maintenance activities. * Monitor spare parts and materials inventory, ensuring availability for required interventions. * Analyze maintenance performance indicators (KPIs), proposing and implementing action plans for continuous improvement. * Coordinate execution of improvement projects and installation of new equipment. * Prepare technical and managerial reports on maintenance activities and results. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure synergy and alignment of objectives. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed technical education in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields. * Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role within industrial maintenance. * Solid knowledge of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. * Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or ERP systems. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical/mechanical diagrams. * Knowledge of occupational safety regulations (NRs). * Leadership, proactivity, organization, and excellent interpersonal communication skills. #### **Desirable Qualifications (Advantageous):** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or related fields). * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Maintenance Management or related areas. * Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma). * Intermediate English proficiency. #### **Benefits:** #### **Work Schedule and Hours:** Shuttle transportation Cafeteria Psychological support Life insurance Education allowance
