Organize work schedules and supervise employee performance. Monitor customer service and ensure service quality. Control inventory of products and supplies. Track sales, targets, and financial results. Place purchase orders and negotiate with suppliers. Ensure cafeteria cleanliness, organization, and standards. Resolve operational issues and assist customers when necessary. Previous experience as Operations Director, Unit Manager, General Coordinator, or Project Manager may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
