As a Cashier Operator, your mission goes far beyond processing sales. You will be our customers’ final point of excellence, ensuring that the checkout moment is just as special as selecting the jewelry. Your responsibilities will include: * Delivering excellent, courteous customer service during payment processing. * Opening and closing the cash register, ensuring organization and accurate financial transactions. * Collecting payments using various payment methods. * Keeping the cashier area clean and well-organized. * Supporting the sales team when needed to contribute to store success. * Assisting with store organization, product restocking, and display case arrangements. * Supporting sales efforts to help achieve store targets. * Promoting Grupo Marsaro’s organizational culture by embodying our values daily. What we’re looking for in you: * Prior experience as a Cashier Operator or in customer-facing roles. * Proficiency in cash handling routines, including cash withdrawals, end-of-day reconciliation, and cash control. * An organized, attentive, and proactive individual. * Passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences.
