Provide customer service while paying attention to guest experience—presenting beverage and cocktail menus and identifying guests' consumption needs; Prepare and serve drinks and beverages according to technical specifications and operational instructions related to beverage preparation and safety/hygiene; Sell and collect payment for beverages in accordance with departmental procedures; Control and organize inventory of consumable products—checking expiration dates and restocking needs, requesting replenishment as necessary per procedure; Maintain organization and cleanliness of the workplace and its equipment/materials; Perform additional duties beyond those defined for the position, in alignment with internal requirements and/or instructions from the immediate supervisor. , High school diploma (completed); 1 year of experience in drink and beverage preparation.
