The candidate will assist in bread production, both manually and using specialized equipment. Ensuring products are prepared to high quality standards, in accordance with company specifications, is essential. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in the production of artisanal and industrial breads. * Operate and handle bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, and dough dividers. * Prepare doughs according to recipes and standard procedures. * Monitor fermentation time and oven temperatures. * Organize and clean the workplace, maintaining the production area in compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations. * Assist in inventory control of ingredients and finished products. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in baking or similar roles is preferred. * Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions. * Commitment to quality and production standards. * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required. **Working Hours:** 05:00 to 13:20 (Sunday to Sunday) 06:00 to 14:20 (Sunday to Sunday) Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1\.692,71 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Transportation voucher Selection Question(s): * Do you have experience as a Bakery Assistant?
