#### **About the position:** * Work as a baker at Grupo Mateus, responsible for the production and control of breads and other bakery products, ensuring quality and standards established by the company. * Work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with the team to meet daily production targets. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Sort products and monitor fermentation and baking times. * Supervise the bakery assistant in their tasks, providing guidance whenever necessary. * Ensure that materials required for production are organized. * Monitor the organization of the frozen storage chamber and participate in order analysis for items. * Follow hygiene, safety, and food quality standards. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Experience operating ovens, production, and baking. * Completed high school education. * Availability for shift work and willingness to work on a 6x1 schedule.
