This position is essential to ensure excellence in customer service, team performance, and unit growth. **Here, your performance makes a difference to your pocket:** In addition to the fixed salary, there is **potential earnings from commissions of up to R$ 1.000,00/month**, based on results. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead, develop, and engage the unit’s customer service team; * Ensure excellence in customer service and focus on sales; * Monitor and analyze performance indicators, proposing actions for continuous improvement; * Manage administrative and financial routines (cash handling, billing, schedules, and reports); * Conduct training sessions, meetings, and support team integration and evaluation processes; * Ensure compliance with company processes, SOPs, and values; * Proactively address requests, customer feedback, and workflow adjustments. **Desired Profile** * Completed undergraduate degree (Business Administration or related fields); * Experience leading teams and delivering customer service; * Commercial, analytical, and goal-oriented profile; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and decision-making capacity; * Experience managing customer relationships; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computerized systems. * **Preferred:** Experience in diagnostic units or laboratory routines. **Compensation and Benefits** * **Fixed salary:** R$ 2.395,36 * **Variable commissions:** up to R$ 1.000,00/month * Transportation allowance (no payroll deduction) * Meal allowance * Health plan – Doctor Clin * Birthday day off **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday: **7:00 AM to 4:00 PM**, Saturdays: **7:00 AM or 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM** If you have leadership potential, enjoy challenges, and want to grow alongside Mont Serrat, this opportunity is for you!
