Be part of a company that redefines the boundaries of technology We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join our Datacenter team in Recife. You will work in a challenging and dynamic environment, leveraging your skills to ensure the maintenance and proper functioning of our new datacenter's infrastructure. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring the safety and comfort of our employees and customers, as well as contributing to process optimization and service excellence. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise all physical datacenter infrastructure, ensuring all activities are executed with high quality and without impact on internal or external customers. * Manage the datacenter infrastructure technicians team across all aspects related to the role. * Plan preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance for all datacenter infrastructure. * Continuously monitor the lifecycle of all datacenter infrastructure equipment. * Coordinate and oversee third-party support and maintenance providers to ensure compliance with contracted SLAs. * Effectively and efficiently monitor operations budget usage. * Plan shift schedules for the infrastructure technicians team to ensure operational coverage aligned with SLAs. * Develop, maintain, and adhere to technical and procedural documentation for datacenter infrastructure assets. * Responsible for the security of all datacenter environments. * Actively participate in internal and external meetings, facilitating timely provision of required information. * Identify areas for operational optimization, adopting best practices in datacenter operations. * Track failures, perform diagnostics, and conduct root cause analysis. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) or related fields. * More than 4 years of experience in data centers, installations, or mission-critical environments. * In-depth knowledge of critical data center systems, including: diesel generators, UPS systems, fuel systems, switchgear, power distribution equipment, chillers, computer room air handlers, fire detection/suppression systems, and building monitoring systems. * This role involves standard working conditions in a data center environment with rotating shift schedules to support 24/7 operations.
