The Physical Logistics Analyst will be responsible for SAP transactions, inventory management and reverse logistics (returns/compensations), daily billing monitoring of plant volumes, KPI tracking for the area, demand analysis and direction to logistics operators, handling incidents assigned to the unit, reviewing internal procedures and proposing process improvements, monitoring order dispatch flows—all strictly in accordance with company standards and instructions. **Day-to-Day Responsibilities** The Physical Logistics Analyst performs volume management and monitoring activities for the plant, manages daily volumes, aligns demands with the Logistics Operator, handles billing, receives products via system (SAP), monitors deliveries with the Logistics Operator, manages incidents via Galileu, reports KPIs with appropriate analyses of inconsistencies, supports immediate management (Specialist), handles reverse logistics for products and pallets, and participates in meetings as required. **What Will Contribute to Your Success?** * Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing one in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Minimum 1 year of prior experience in this role; * Proficiency in Excel and Power BI; * Interpersonal relationship skills; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Availability to work collaboratively and proactively.
