Weigh and portion ingredients according to recipes. Shape bread and arrange baking trays and pans. Monitor fermentation and baking processes. Remove baked goods from ovens and organize them for display. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area. Monitor expiration dates and proper storage of raw materials. Follow food hygiene and safety regulations. Previous experience as a Bakery Assistant, Baker’s Helper, Oven Operator, or Pastry Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the duties in this position. High school diploma required.
