Job Summary: Accounting Analyst responsible for accounting entries, monthly accounting closing, reconciliations, and filing of tax returns for companies under the Real Profit and Simples Nacional regimes. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in monthly accounting closing and submission of financial statements. 2. Experience in accounting across various areas and configuration. 3. Solid knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and tax legislation. **Job Description: Accounting Analyst** ======================================== **Responsibilities:** ---------------------- * Record accounting entries: purchases, logistics, billing, cost, finance, asset management, etc. * Configure automated accounting entries. * Perform monthly accounting closing with delivery of balance sheet and income statement. * Manually post accounting entries for account groups not covered by automation. * Reconcile key accounting accounts (assets and liabilities), including system/department vs. accounting, government vs. accounting, and control spreadsheets vs. accounting. * Submit ECD and ECF reports. * Validate trial balance. * Handle procurement-related tasks. * Handle tax-related activities. * Work with companies under the Real Profit and Simples Nacional regimes. **Requirements:** --------------- * Degree in Accounting Sciences or related fields. * Prior experience as an Accounting Analyst. * Solid knowledge of accounting and tax standards. * Proficiency in accounting systems and advanced Excel. * Analytical ability and attention to detail. * Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. * Knowledge of tax legislation.
