Development of technical solutions and network topologies A technology services company is seeking a Senior Project Analyst in Recife (Parnamirim). **Responsibilities:** Guide the operational team during field activities, ensuring proper use of network equipment and resources. Inspect installed infrastructure, identifying bottlenecks, improvement opportunities, and issues in ongoing projects. Interface directly with the procurement department to request acquisition of equipment and services required for projects. Develop project execution, communication, and monitoring plans, controlling timelines, scope, and delivery quality. Support coordination and management in implementing process, methodology, and technical solution improvements. Provide customer support by monitoring operational tickets and ensuring appropriate response to requests. Liaise with the HR department regarding operational team matters such as schedules, records, and time reporting. Prepare cost spreadsheets and technical proposals specifying implemented solutions. Conduct technical visits and participate in meetings with the commercial department to present solutions and provide technical clarifications. Design equipment and network topologies for offered solutions, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and company standards.
