




**Function** Plan, implement, control, and evaluate marketing strategies to strengthen brands, attract customers, and increase sales. Analyze market data to identify opportunities, develop online and offline sales campaigns, direct content to media departments, and measure the performance of actions through metrics and indicators to optimize results. **Main Responsibilities** * **Strategic Planning:** Develop a calendar with marketing plans for the company, aligning with business objectives. * **Market Research:** Analyze target audience, consumer behavior, and competition to identify trends and opportunities. * **Campaign Creation and Execution:** Design and implement marketing campaigns across different channels, both online (social media, advertisements) and offline (events, promotional materials). * **Content Management:** Develop and produce promotional materials such as website copy, social media posts, videos, and emails. * **Data and Metrics Analysis:** Monitor strategy performance using metrics and indicators, such as those from Google Analytics, and generate result reports. * **Results Optimization:** Use collected information to optimize campaigns and continuously improve ROI (Return on Investment). * **Tool Management:** Utilize digital marketing tools to automate and manage processes. * **Support to Other Departments:** Provide support to the sales department and conduct endomarketing (internal marketing) initiatives together with HR. **Prerequisites and Required Skills** · Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related fields · Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Meta ADS, Google ADS, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing). · Analytical skills and familiarity with metrics and reports. · Creativity for developing innovative campaigns and content. · Good communication, proactivity, and problem-solving ability. · Basic design knowledge and editing tools (Canva, Photoshop or CorelDraw); · Knowledge of copywriting and sales funnel (a plus); Job type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: R$2,500.00 - R$3,500.00 per month Benefits: * Dental care * Company cell phone * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Basic design knowledge and editing tools (Canva, Photoshop or CorelDraw)? * Knowledge of copywriting and sales funnel?
