The role involves providing user support, implementing improvements, and performing preventive and corrective maintenance on network infrastructure, hardware, systems, and digital platforms—thereby enhancing efficiency, connectivity, and data protection amid business expansion and diversification (climate control, solar energy, and public tenders). **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide on-site and remote technical support to employees, resolving issues related to computers, networks, operating systems, software, and access to internal systems. * Manage IT infrastructure: installation, configuration, updating, and maintenance of servers, routers, switches, printers, computers, and other equipment. * Support the implementation, configuration, and monitoring of management systems (ERP, CRM, marketing tools, tender platforms), ensuring stable and secure operation. * Conduct IT asset control, including equipment inventory, license management, and maintenance contracts. * Ensure backup routines, protection against cyberattacks, password and access management, and information security policies. * Support integration among systems used by technical, commercial, administrative, and project departments, assisting in process automation and improvement of user experience. * Develop and update user manuals, procedures, and basic training materials on systems and IT best practices. * Provide support for configuration and maintenance of cloud solutions, corporate email, videoconferencing platforms, and collaborative tools. * Suggest new technologies, systems, and solutions to improve company productivity, automation, and communication. * Respond to emergency requests, comply with internal SLAs, and maintain cordial relationships with departments. **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing technical or undergraduate program in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Networks, or related fields. * Solid knowledge of computer maintenance, networks (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi), information security, and system installation and configuration. * Experience providing user support (Windows, Office, email, printers, antivirus). * Familiarity with Windows/Linux server administration and permission management. * Experience in implementing/integrating management systems and using automation tools is a plus. * Knowledge of data protection, backup policies, and antivirus solutions.
