Use of agile methodologies and analytical tools Work integrally across the pillars of Product, Customer Experience (CX), and Market Insights, utilizing data, insights, and competitive intelligence to guide decisions, drive innovation and portfolio sustainability, enhance the customer journey, and strengthen institutional competitiveness. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Participate in the development and maintenance of the Integrated Dashboard of Key Performance Indicators (CSAT, NPS, product lifecycle, market share, market roadshows). * Bridge technical, commercial, and operational areas, ensuring decisions are grounded in data and the voice of the customer. * Support the development of continuous improvement plans based on insights derived from research and analysis. * Collaborate on process standardization and documentation (SOPs, technical specifications, methodologies, and reports). * Participate in prototyping and piloting of new products and customer journeys, applying agile methods such as Scrum, Design Sprint, and Design Thinking. * Produce executive reports and results presentations, translating analyses into practical and actionable recommendations. * Handle data collection, processing, and usage ethically, transparently, and responsibly. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, Statistics, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in product management, market research, CX, or related areas. * Proficiency in presentation tools such as Canva, Beautiful.ai, PowerPoint, Miro, Bizagi, Advanced Excel, SQL, R, Python, among others. * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Design Sprint, Design Thinking). * Ability to develop executive reports and presentations. **Additional Information** * Number of vacancies: 01 * Selection process stages: Resume screening, technical challenge, HR interview, and manager interview.
