Experience with CRM, management tools, and sales workflow **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure compliance of sales processes and their impact on customers, operations, and finance; * Manage service order workflows with portfolio solution providers (validation and adherence to sold items); * Standardize service order issuance for subsidiaries and partners; * Lead the handover process between sales, implementation, and operations; * Align sales, billing, and collections with finance, impacting commissioning; * Standardize sales processes from the Playbook and customer communications. **Requirements:** * Degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in commercial processes, operations, or back-office functions; * Experience with CRM and management tools; * Knowledge of sales workflow, contracts, and billing; * Intermediate Excel and reporting skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Project implementation experience; * Experience in technology/healthcare; * Experience with NPS and customer experience; * Knowledge of process methodologies.
