Providing employee support and assistance. Verifying and supporting payroll processing and labor obligations. Managing hiring and terminations. Monitoring and analyzing electronic timekeeping records. Recording medical certificates, absences, and leaves of absence. Administering and supervising benefits (transportation vouchers/VEM, meal vouchers, and health insurance). Assisting with calculation of labor taxes. Providing general support for HR Department requests. Previous experience as an HR Assistant, Junior HR Analyst, HR Coordinator, or HR Intern may indicate familiarity with some of the responsibilities associated with this position. Bachelor's degree in progress.
