GGE College \| Recife \- PE \| In-person Job Description **JOB LOCATION: GGE Education System** Work within the Education System to lead editorial projects alongside editorial supervisors, engaging in direct exchanges with layout designers and third parties (authors, critical reviewers, editors, etc.); perform text review, checklist execution, and text preparation; assist in managing layout designers, including task assignment and performance monitoring. Direct interaction with editorial supervision. Responsibilities and Duties * Support the development and monitoring of teaching and pedagogical materials; * Conduct verification, revision, and organization of editorial content; * Monitor production schedules and delivery deadlines; * Interface with authors, reviewers, layout designers, and other involved departments; * Ensure textual standardization and compliance with the institution's editorial guidelines; * Assist in updating and adapting educational content; * Organize documents, spreadsheets, and editorial production workflows; * Support administrative tasks within the editorial department. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed undergraduate degree in Portuguese Language and Literature, Journalism, Editorial Production, or related fields; * Strong writing skills and mastery of standard Brazilian Portuguese; * Organizational ability, attention to detail, and deadline management; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Ability to work collaboratively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Desirable Requirements * Proven experience in text revision and editing. * Research and content analysis skills. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines. * Creativity and attention to detail.
