Scheduling demonstrations and monitoring proposals **Description:** Role Mission Prospect and acquire new customers via phone calls (various communication channels, primarily by phone), introducing our solutions and how we can support their growth. Create and nurture target lists, schedule meetings with our team of executives and specialists, and monitor accounts until the sale is finalized. Responsibilities and Duties **WHAT YOU WILL DO:** Support the prospecting of new accounts, as directed, through phone calls, professional profile pages, and other tools; Qualify and track leads from initial contact through to signing the sales contract, as directed, escalating to relevant professionals and/or departments when necessary; Schedule demonstrations and technical visits with the Value Engineering Team \- DRG Architecture \-, via phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and calendar invites; Conduct follow-ups on demonstrations and meetings held with clients, via phone calls with participants; Assist in tracking proposals and quotations sent to clients/prospects, via follow-up with the assigned ESN or Sales Specialist; CRM data entry: logging calls, activities, and records; Creating opportunities and monitoring their progress. Requirements and Qualifications **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** Education: Completed high school. Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree (preferred).
