Responsibilities and Duties * Serve as the team’s technical reference, resolving complex questions regarding payment rules, fees, settlement, and compliance. * Analyze operational KPIs. * Identify and address bottlenecks in the team’s sales funnel to ensure achievement of overall targets. * Conduct effective one-on-one coaching sessions. * Clearly, motivationally, and concretely communicate senior management’s goals, translating them into individual, realistic action plans. * Fully embody bemfácil’s core values. * Maintain a high standard of integrity and accountability when handling customer data and internal processes. * Conduct field follow-ups with sales executives. * Support negotiations, clarify doubts, and assist in commercial processes. * Monitor key performance indicators, report to coordination, and propose improvements. Requirements and Qualifications * Receive formal recommendation from your current supervisor and manager, confirming your management and leadership potential. * Proven experience in sales and team management, preferably within the payments or financial technology sector. * Solid knowledge of the sub-acquiring, acquiring, or fintech markets. * Skills in negotiation, strategic planning, and performance indicator management. * Hands-on profile with strong problem-solving abilities and capacity for rapid decision-making. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Commercial Management, or related fields (postgraduate degree is a plus). * Familiarity with CRM tools and commercial data analytics platforms. 2512030202191898388
