Strategic connection between partnerships and commercial teams We are seeking a professional to serve as the **technical reference for the seafood category**, supporting portfolio development and expansion. This position will bridge the **Partnerships and Commercial teams**, contributing to business opportunity generation, strengthening of category strategy, and improved execution with the sales team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Serve as the technical reference for the seafood category within the commercial team * Support seafood portfolio development and positioning * Support the launch of new products in the category * Conduct technical training for the sales team and customers * Identify market opportunities and category trends * Support market analysis and strategic category development * Contribute to improved category execution with the sales team **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in the seafood or animal protein sector * Knowledge of the seafood production chain (e.g., tilapia, shrimp, farmed or wild-caught fish) * Understanding of seafood industrialization and preservation processes * Experience interfacing with commercial teams or customer service * Willingness to travel * Strong technical knowledge of the seafood category **Preferred Qualifications**: * Experience in seafood industry, slaughterhouse, or distribution * Knowledge of frozen products / **IQF** * Experience in product development * Experience delivering technical training or commercial support * Strong communication skills and ability to conduct training * Market insight and business development acumen * Collaborative profile with results orientation **Additional Information** * Natto Kit (10kg \- monthly); * Meal Allowance (monthly); * Pharmacy Card; * On-site cafeteria; * Life insurance; * Transportation allowance; * Unimed Health Plan (optional); * Bradesco Dental Plan (optional); * Discounts at educational institutions and leisure venues.
