Responsibilities and duties WHAT YOU WILL DO: * **Hunter Prospecting:** Continuously map, generate, and qualify new business opportunities in the Manufacturing segment. * **Consultative Sales:** Lead the entire sales cycle, from needs diagnosis to proposal development and closing contracts for TOTVS solutions. * **Strategic Management:** Accurately manage the sales funnel and pipeline in the CRM, ensuring visibility and achievement of established targets. * **Value-Based Relationship:** Conduct post-sales activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying new opportunities within the client base. Requirements and qualifications WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: * Bachelor's degree completed. * Experience in software/ERP sales in the B2B market. * Knowledge of the Manufacturing segment. * Hunter profile, proactive, with advanced negotiation skills. * Availability for hybrid work at our Recife unit. * Availability for in-person client visits. Desirable requirements IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE: * Knowledge of TOTVS solutions. * Languages (English/Spanish).
