Join us and be part of this market revolution! **Responsibilities and Duties** Handle maintenance requests related to plumbing, carpentry, refrigeration, and electrical systems, repairing faults and performing preventive and corrective maintenance to fulfill repair requests from guests and timeshare owners on a daily basis. Perform cleaning and maintenance of the condominium’s air conditioning units by visiting individual units and carrying out technical procedures, aiming to ensure proper operation whenever necessary. Handle maintenance requests related to the condominium’s plumbing system, performing unclogging of drains and toilets to ensure proper functionality on a daily basis. **Requirements and Qualifications** Elementary school education. 6 months of experience. Courses focused on maintenance-related fields. **Additional Information** On-site meals, chartered transportation, health insurance, dental insurance, and life insurance.
