Job Summary: Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance, fault diagnosis, and installation of air conditioning equipment, ensuring safety and customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance on various types of air conditioning units 2. Fault diagnosis and proposal of effective technical solutions 3. Preparation of maintenance reports and compliance with safety standards ;**Main Responsibilities:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air\-conditioning equipment (split, window, central, and VRF); diagnose faults and propose effective technical solutions; install new equipment in accordance with technical standards; ensure cleaning, calibration, and inspection of electrical and mechanical components; prepare maintenance reports and record interventions performed; ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations; promptly and courteously respond to internal and external customer requests. **Requirements:** Completed technical education in Refrigeration, Mechatronics, or related fields; proven experience in air\-conditioning maintenance; ability to read electrical diagrams and technical manuals; capability to diagnose faults and solve problems; willingness to travel and provide on\-site service; valid driver's license (desirable).
