




Job Summary: A professional to perform on-site technical support, carrying out corrective and preventive maintenance, system installation, and network configuration for corporate clients. Preparation of technical reports and documentation updates **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Perform on-site technical support directly at corporate client locations. * Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance on banking automation equipment. * Install specific electronic systems and components. * Configure computer networks, work with structured cabling, and provide support for Windows operating systems. * Prepare technical service reports and keep service documentation up to date. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (a technical background in Electronics, Electrotechnics, or related fields is a plus). * Proven experience in electronic equipment maintenance or hardware technical support. * Solid knowledge of the Windows operating system and computer networks (configuration and cabling). * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * **Valid Brazilian driver's license, category B.** * **Full availability for travel**, as required by service demand. **Compensation and Benefits:** * **Salary:** R$ 2\.100,00 (CLT employment regime). * **Meal Allowance:** R$ 40.00 per business day. * **Health Insurance.** * **Work Tools:** Company vehicle and corporate mobile phone provided for job execution. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00\.
