




GS Inima Brasil \| Concórdia \- SC \| On-site Job Description Responsible for the technical, operational, and contractual coordination of sanitation and infrastructure projects and works. Acts in planning, execution, and supervision, leading multidisciplinary teams, managing budgets, schedules, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, quality, and safety. Also validates technical specifications and construction methods, besides supporting demands as directed by leadership. **Working Hours:** 08:00 to 18:00 with 1:12 meal break / Compensatory Saturday Responsibilities and Duties * Coordinate engineering project activities, planning, execution, and supervision of works, performing technical, operational, and contractual management of sanitation and infrastructure works, working with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and suppliers; * Coordinate the engineering team in project development, conducting technical studies, performing technical and operational analyses, evaluating engineering processes, validating technical specifications for supplies and services and construction methods to be adopted, and approving projects to be executed; * Coordinate the executive and economic planning of the Project/Work, acting in team management for the preparation and monitoring of budgets, schedules, and physical progress of works, verifying possible deviations and defining recovery actions, aiming to meet schedules, budgets, and targets; * Coordinate a multidisciplinary engineering team for the execution, supervision, and inspection of sanitation and infrastructure works, ensuring compliance with specifications, adherence to executive projects, deadlines, costs, safety, and quality of works; * Control resources, supplies, and inputs, and define labor force for execution and supervision of works; * Coordinate team, defining work methods, assigning tasks, and monitoring, verifying, and validating deliverables, ensuring that work stages are carried out, meeting project requirements, quality, safety, and deadlines; * Ensure the implementation of technical and structural construction improvements across various systems and projects through team supervision and/or subcontractors and project development activities; * Perform management of service provider and supply contracts, covering contractual, financial, physical, and operational aspects; * Inspect processes, implementing preventive and corrective actions, identifying potential work failures and correcting them; * Ensure compliance with regulations and legislation regarding civil construction, occupational safety, and environmental standards; * Perform other related activities as required and requested by immediate supervisor. Requirements and Qualifications Mandatory Education: Completed Bachelor's Degree Fields: Civil Engineering Other Requirements: * Experience in execution of sanitation works; * Experience in management of construction contracts; * Experience with project monitoring methods; Desirable Requirements Education: Postgraduate/MBA Fields: Project Management Other Requirements:* Administrative knowledge in construction area (desirable); * Previous experience in management positions; * Experience with CAPEX in sanitation concession contracts; * Experience in urban infrastructure project execution; * Experience in team management, subcontracted companies, and suppliers.
