Seniority bonus; ICATU maternity basket; Recognition and celebration initiatives; **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI, ensuring intuitive visualizations aligned with business needs. * Create and maintain efficient data models, applying best practices in DAX and Power Query. * Support the definition and implementation of data pipelines to ensure continuous integration and updating of information. * Conduct exploratory and statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. * Measure outcomes and monitor KPIs, ensuring consistency and quality of strategic indicators. * Translate complex insights into accessible language for diverse audiences, using storytelling and impactful visualizations. * Participate in the Data Analyst Chapter, promoting a data-driven culture and disseminating BI best practices. * Conduct studies related to credit, delinquency, portfolio mix, and other financial indicators. * Support data governance initiatives, ensuring compliance with LGPD (Brazil’s General Data Protection Law). * Contribute to advancing the analytical culture and data experimentation across the entire cooperative. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience with Power BI (modeling, DAX, Power Query, publishing, and security). * Advanced Excel knowledge (formulas, pivot tables, layouts). * Proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases. * Knowledge of ETL and data integration. * Familiarity with descriptive and inferential statistics. * Desired: knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics. * Familiarity with BI concepts, KPIs, Data Analytics, and DataViz. * Experience with data governance and LGPD. * Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, IT, Business Administration, or related fields. * Technical English for reading. * On-site work in Erechim/RS. **Differentiators** * Experience with Databricks or other analytical platforms. * Experience in data science projects or the financial market. * Knowledge of data storytelling. * Experience with code versioning (Git). **Valued Qualities** * Analytical thinking and attention to detail. * Curiosity and proactivity. * Strong communication skills and teamwork spirit. **Additional Information** **Nice to meet you—we are Sicredi.** Our journey began over 120 years ago as Brazil’s first cooperative financial institution.
