Focus on improving customer satisfaction i) Supervisor: Compensation: Fixed Salary: R$2.500,00 (Gross) + Transportation + Meals (R$20.00/day) Bonus for reviews, tour sales, and bar revenue Working Hours: 40h – 4 reception shifts and 8 hours (training, emergencies) Description: . 4 morning shifts and 1 administrative shift . Recruitment and training of staff and volunteers (may utilize assistance from other employees) – ultimate responsibility . Follow-up on future reservations (NRF and peak season) . Respond to emails, WhatsApp, and Instagram messages . Reviews: Respond to reviews and submit report with proposals to improve rating (mandatory to receive bonus) . Weekly Reports (e.g., Hans’s report and filtering) . Purchases: Cleaning supplies, daily essentials, and bar items . Bar: Inventory and accounting . Presence during key moments (New Year, Carnival, Group events) Bridge/Connection between team and partners. Leadership, team support point.
