Focusing on food quality and safety ### **Operator I \- Raw Milk Receiving** Responsible for receiving raw milk, collecting samples, verifying documentation, entering records into the system, and monitoring truck unloading. Works in accordance with quality standards, food safety, occupational safety, and good manufacturing practices, contributing to the proper supply of the production unit. **Desired Qualifications:** * Completed high school; * Availability to work rotating shifts; * Prior experience in operational activities within the food or dairy industry is desirable. **Competencies:** * Attention to detail; * Organization; * Commitment; * Teamwork.
