This OPPORTUNITY is for YOU: Apprenticeship Instructor at CIEE-RS! * Conduct youth training within the apprenticeship program, adhering to the program’s methodology and guidelines; * Plan and deliver theoretical apprenticeship sessions, considering both the methodology and the specific realities of each cohort; * Adapt and propose activities that encourage apprentices to go beyond the presented content, fostering reflection and developing competencies required in the world of work; * Act as a mediator/facilitator in the learning process of adolescents and young people; * Promote and support apprentices’ development, providing appropriate guidance when necessary; * Record and monitor apprentices’ attendance during theoretical training; * Enter required information into the internal system; * Propose and participate in follow-up meetings involving apprentices, companies, and other stakeholders; * Support critical analysis of processes within your area of responsibility and suggest improvements when needed; * Provide support to other departmental activities as required. Requirements: Completed undergraduate degree or currently enrolled in the final semesters of Administration, Human Resources, Pedagogy, or Teacher Education programs; Prior experience in education and/or working with youth is desirable; Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM. **"Here, everyone has room to grow.
