**Description** Responsible for conducting technical studies and developing multidisciplinary projects, managing information, documents, and technical specifications. Participates in defining and validating processes, ensuring compatibility among disciplines, and performing critical analyses of projects. Conducts data collection, budget estimation and alignment, and provides technical support for service contracting and procurement. Technically supervises construction activities, ensuring compliance with construction methods and specifications, as well as prepares reports and manages technical documentation for projects and construction works. **Working Hours:** 08:00 to 18:00 with 1:12 meal break / Saturday compensated **Responsibilities and Duties** Conduct technical studies and develop projects, managing information, documents, technical reports, and data during the development of multidisciplinary projects; Contribute to technical decisions and validate processes and technical specifications during project development and execution; Participate in technical discussions during project design and construction execution, providing technical expertise for project development, definitions, and selection of execution and construction methods; Perform critical project analyses, verifying compatibility among disciplines; Evaluate and validate technical specifications in projects from various disciplines, equipment, and materials used; Collect data, information, and specifications from technical projects and documents, and develop and align reference and execution budgets for construction; Perform technical reviews and verifications of documents and projects for service contracting and procurement of equipment and materials; Provide technical supervision during construction execution, analyzing execution conditions and construction methods used, ensuring compliance with technical project specifications, and coordinating necessary interfaces between project and construction teams; Manage construction technical documentation, preparing technical reports and documents related to projects, supply, and construction execution; **Requirements and Qualifications** Mandatory Education: Completed Bachelor's Degree Fields: Civil Engineering Other Requirements: Knowledge of sanitary treatment processes;
