Assist in the development of new models A textile manufacturing company is seeking a Sample Seamstress in Blumenau (Passo Manso). **Responsibilities:** Produce pilot garments from patterns and drawings. Sew test garments for production approval. Operate sewing machines (straight stitch, overlock, bias binding, etc.). Follow instructions from pattern makers and stylists. Adjust garments according to requested modifications. Test garment fit, drape, and finishing. Identify and correct potential defects in samples. Sort and organize materials and fabrics. Assist in the development of new models. Maintain company-required quality standards. Record observations regarding pilot garments. Keep the workplace organized. Previous experience as a Fashion Seamstress, Industrial Seamstress, Prototyping Seamstress, or Haute Couture Seamstress may indicate suitability for some activities in this position. High school diploma required.
