Our purpose is to grow together: as a company, as a team, and as individuals. **Your mission will be:** Ensure that Inovadora’s ICT systems and services operate efficiently and securely. **We are looking for someone who will:** * Install and update Inovadora’s systems at client sites—as well as those used internally by our team—analyzing and validating the required infrastructure and specifications for execution. * Verify and validate installations performed by the infrastructure team at client sites, identifying possible errors and addressing them for correction. * Perform maintenance and management of our servers, ensuring full functionality and preventing system and service outages at Inovadora. * Conduct security testing of applications, analyzing risks, identifying flaws and vulnerabilities that could expose company data and information to potential threats, and implementing preventive and corrective actions to ensure security. * Execute routines approved by the development team on clients’ databases. * Configure and run manual and automated scripts on databases according to each client’s database routines. * Configure and monitor databases to perform automated backups, ensuring their integrity. * Restore clients’ databases, guaranteeing their integrity and functionality. * Monitor open support tickets, executing them according to their priority level. * Provide support and guidance, clarifying doubts and/or supplying the necessary requirements for the proper functioning of ICT infrastructure. * Manage and control access to Inovadora’s systems and servers, restricting permissions according to each user’s needs. * Perform preventive maintenance, configuration, and formatting of Inovadora’s hardware, ensuring optimal operation of the company’s technology infrastructure. * Configure remote access via VPN to enable access to our clients’ databases and systems. * Create and update manuals, policies, and best-practice guides to support both our internal team and resellers in meeting client demands. * Train resellers and Inovadora’s internal team on ICT infrastructure topics. * Suggest new technological tools and solutions that optimize and improve service quality, conducting tests in the validation environment. * Implement already-validated new technologies, performing migrations and updates alongside our production systems. * Be available on standby, intervening in emergency situations involving clients and/or when required by the company. **How do you do it?** * Assume responsibilities outlined in the departmental plan. * Understand the business and have a deeper grasp of the interdependencies among involved variables. * Make operational decisions—even those without clear precedents—understanding the impact of your actions on your team and on other teams with which you interact most closely. * Receive prioritized responsibilities and seek guidance and support when needed. * Deliver outputs of varying complexity, balancing simpler, standardized tasks with more complex, adaptive ones. * Deliver consistently high-quality results without necessarily requiring extra effort for execution. **To succeed, you need:** * Experience with PostgreSQL, Linux, Git, Docker; * Experience with Networking, Firewalls, VPN, PHP FPM, Rails; * Experience with Information Security; * Experience with Hardware and Operating System Maintenance; * Experience with Tools: Zabbix, Grafana, Wazuh, Prometheus, VMware, Cloud (AWS, Azure, Optidata); * Logical reasoning and data analysis;
