Visit our national and international pages at: ntconsult.com.br and ntconsultcorp.com. **The Project**: We are seeking top-tier Systems and Process Analysts for this fully remote opportunity with one of the leading travel technology companies and omnichannel agencies, expanding operations across Latin America. **Responsibilities:** * Collaborate with various stakeholders to fully understand business requirements, conducting business, process, and systems analysis to design the optimal BPMS solution for automating business workflows—including, in addition to process modeling in Camunda: integration with legacy systems and mapping architecture requirements; * Define the strategy for automating process workflows using Camunda and implement the solution jointly with the development team, acting as a bridge between business and technical areas. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Experience working in a multidisciplinary team, eliciting business requirements and supporting definition of the solution architecture for Business Process Automation; * Experience with Camunda or another BPMS (requirements elicitation, analysis, modeling, and implementation); * Experience documenting proposed architecture and promoting the proposed solution to various stakeholders (architecture team, DevOps, business area, and development team); * Solid knowledge of Java (prior experience as a developer or relevant coursework/training in Java). * Fluent Spanish **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of one or more BPM solutions; * Experience with Camunda, including analysis, modeling, and implementation of BPMN and DMN; * Experience with microservices and Java Spring Boot; * Experience leading software development teams as a systems/business analyst, Scrum Master, or Product Owner.
