Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, track product receipts, and manage expiration dates to prevent stockouts (product shortages) or overstocking. Market and Performance Indicator Analysis: Analyze performance metrics such as margin, inventory turnover, profitability, and ABC curve to adjust product mix according to demand and seasonality. Supplier and Category Mix Development: Continuously seek new suppliers and products, while developing the category mix to ensure an assortment that meets customer needs. Procurement Planning: Plan and execute procurement activities in alignment with the company's purchasing calendar. Requirements and Qualifications Preferred experience in this role, knowledge of the retail food sector, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite—especially Excel—and familiarity with management systems.
