Organization and structuring of product development processes Work in the Style department, providing operational support across all stages of collection creation, contributing to smooth process execution and departmental organization, supporting trend and collection development activities, as well as other duties inherent to the position. 1. Receive, inspect, and organize raw materials, leathers, trims, embellishments, and samples from suppliers and third parties, ensuring materials are properly identified and available for team evaluation. 2. Maintain overall departmental organization, including color and material cards, leathers, documents, samples, and physical files, contributing to proper placement and easy access to materials. 3. Support maintaining order and standardization within department spaces, contributing to process efficiency and team routine. 4. Receive footwear, bag, and accessory prototypes, register them in the system, and organize the inbound flow, evaluation, and follow-up. 5. Assist in tracking model status (under evaluation, approved, or canceled), contributing to timely information updates and process traceability. 6. Support organizing internal departmental processes, contributing to a structured, clear, and efficient product development flow. 7. Conduct fashion, lifestyle, design, and product trend research via fashion bureaus, specialized platforms, sector-directed websites, e-commerce sites, social media, and other relevant sources. 8. Perform cool hunting activities, observing behaviors, aesthetic references, market movements, and influencers aligned with the brand’s universe. 9. Organize and systematize research information, transforming it into structured content for the Style team. 10. Prepare trend and research presentations to support definition of color palettes, material palettes, models, constructions, and macro-trends per collection, under guidance from department leadership. 11. Support product research by category, silhouette, types of trims, finishes, innovations, and constructions relevant to footwear, bags, and accessories. 12. Stay updated on competitors and industry innovations in footwear and accessories. 13. Contribute to continuous improvement of research, creation, and collection development processes. 14. Assist in preparing technical specifications for footwear, bags, and accessories by organizing and consolidating technical information, without involvement in drawing creation or conceptual product definition. 15. Support assembling the article development palette, including organizing and sending it to responsible departments. 16. Assist in defining line colors, zippers, and hardware based on previously approved color palettes. 17. Support completing department combination sheets related to color definitions and variations for already-approved models. 18. Provide support to designers, occasionally contributing to drawings and development materials under guidance from the responsible team. 19. Contribute to continuous improvement of research, creation, and collection development processes. 20. Participate in internal and external training programs to enhance knowledge specific to the role. 21. Understand the company’s mission, principles, values, policies, and objectives, adhering to organizational and coexistence norms. 22. Work in compliance with technical, quality, safety, environmental, and health standards and procedures. 23.
