Responsible for validating invoices against purchase orders to ensure proper alignment among purchase order, goods receipt, and invoice (3\-way match). Perform tax verification for ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, and ISS, ensuring appropriate fiscal and accounting classification of transactions. Additionally, support creation and release of payment requests, maintain ongoing coordination with Procurement, Finance, and Accounting departments, and resolve fiscal and financial discrepancies. **How you will make an impact:** * Post inbound invoices in SAP using transactions MIGO and MIRO; * Conduct verification and validation of fiscal documents, ensuring compliance with recorded information; * Analyze and apply indirect taxes, ensuring correct fiscal treatment of transactions; * Support and execute Accounts Payable routines, contributing to data organization and timely financial execution; * Use Excel at an intermediate level for data control, analysis, and information organization; * Maintain a high level of organization, attention to detail, and sense of urgency in task execution, ensuring efficiency and quality in processes. * Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable internal and external regulations, procedures, and guidelines. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting Sciences, or related fields is a plus. * SAP system knowledge is a plus. **All our positions are also open to persons with disabilities (PwD).
