We are looking for a **Fiber Optic Maintenance Assistant** to receive and route fiber optic maintenance requests to field teams. Monitor team productivity and the quality of procedures performed by teams. Manage open and in-progress Service Orders (SOs).

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Embody the organizational identity of the Brisanet Group;
* Actively participate in organizational meetings and commitments when requested;
* Use individual and collective safety equipment when required;
* Operate company vehicles when necessary;
* Perform other duties related to the position, as needed by the department and per leadership direction;
* Handle requests via E\-mail;
* Monitor and handle requests via system;
* Review internal maps and assess whether requests are being fulfilled on schedule.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Basic understanding of networking concepts, cables, and equipment;
* Proficiency in computer applications;
* Spreadsheets, Drive, Documents, E\-mail, Forms, etc.
**Preferred qualifications:**
* Knowledge of Optical Transmission Networks;
* Understanding of fiber optic technology and its properties (manufacturing, characteristics, applications);
