**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Embody the organizational identity of the Brisanet Group;
* Prepare reports, forms, or spreadsheets as requested;
* Update area-specific performance indicators when necessary;
* Actively participate in organizational meetings and commitments when requested;
* Use individual and collective safety equipment when required;
* Perform other duties related to the position, as needed by the department and under leadership direction;
**Level I**
* Develop low- and medium-complexity mobile network projects;
* Conduct preliminary studies, pre-deployment consultations, and technical feasibility assessments for mobile network deployment;
* Perform field surveys when required;
* Specify materials used for project execution;
* Revise projects to align with company-defined parameters.
**Level II**
* Perform all Level I activities as needed;
* Develop high-complexity mobile network projects;
* Generate prediction maps to simulate mobile network coverage tests;
* Draft and document drawings, charts, diagrams, spreadsheets, tables, reports, templates, and modeling databases;
* Determine the number and location of base stations, antennas, and other network elements to ensure adequate coverage and sufficient capacity;
* Audit and validate all mobile network projects by analyzing signal coverage and implementing adjustments to optimize network design;
* Present project solutions to the immediate manager for decision-making.
**Level III**
* Perform all Level II activities as needed;
* Guide and train Level I and Level II mobile network designers;
* Configure and calibrate prediction tools to simulate mobile network coverage tests;
* Develop project delivery schedules.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in electronics, telecommunications, engineering, or related fields;
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, technical drawing, Google Earth, Google Maps, and basic radio frequency concepts;
* Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Completed bachelor’s degree in electronics, telecommunications, engineering, or related fields;
* Minimum 1 year of experience as a designer;
* Familiarity with Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs);
* Driver’s license – Category B and Defensive Driving certification.
