




Job Summary: Responsible for customer service, registrations, scheduling, billing, phone/email management, and reception maintenance at a gym. Key Highlights: 1. Maintaining organization and appeal of the reception area ATTENTION: All our job openings are also open to Persons with Disabilities (PwD) Responsibilities: Customer Service: Greet and welcome gym members in a friendly and professional manner. Provide information about gym services, operating hours, pricing, and promotions. Answer questions and clarify customer doubts. Registrations and Updates: Register new members and assist them in completing registration forms. Process subscription renewals and contact information updates. Scheduling and Reservations: Schedule classes, personal training sessions, and instructor consultations. Billing and Payments: Collect payments for monthly fees, registration fees, and other services. Maintain accurate financial transaction records and issue receipts when necessary. Phone and Email Management: Answer phone calls and redirect them to appropriate departments. Manage and respond to emails and voice messages. Reception Area Maintenance: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and attractive.
