**Key Responsibilities:** * Requirements Analysis: Gather and document business needs and technical specifications for logistics systems (TMS, WMS, ERPs); * Development & Integrations: Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of integrations between internal and third-party systems (APIs, ETLs, and web services); * Technical Support: Provide second-level support to users, identifying and resolving incidents and service requests across logistics platforms; * Quality & Reliability: Ensure system integrity, availability, and performance by applying testing procedures and access controls; * Documentation & Training: Create and maintain manuals, guides, and supporting materials; conduct training sessions for operational teams; * Projects & Deadlines: Participate in all phases of new module implementations, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and SLAs agreed upon with stakeholders; * Continuous Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks and propose optimizations to data flows and business rules; * Technological Updates: Research and apply new tools and frameworks that add value to logistics solutions. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or having completed a Bachelor’s degree in Technology-related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * English language skills (for communication with suppliers and partners, and for reading documentation); * Experience in system support and analysis, preferably within logistics environments (TMS, WMS, ERPs, etc.); * Willingness to work on-site in Campinas, at Techno Park; * Availability to work rotating shifts (Shift A: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM; Shift B: 2:00 PM–10:00 PM; both Monday through Saturday; Administrative Shift: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday through Friday).
