This professional will be the creative mind behind our online presence, transforming ideas into impactful visual materials that engage our community and attract new supporters to our cause. If you are passionate about design, digital marketing, and making a difference for environmental and animal welfare, this role is for you!** Key Responsibilities **Social Media Design and Content:** * Create and develop captivating visual assets and videos for platforms such as Instagram (Feed, Stories, Reels, Carousels), Facebook, and other social media. * Ensure brand visual consistency across all platforms, adhering to brand identity guidelines. * Monitor design trends and social media content formats, adapting them to our strategy. **Web Design and Development:** * Design, develop, and edit pages and sections of our website, ensuring an intuitive and visually appealing user experience. * Optimize the website for lead generation and across devices (responsiveness). * Collaborate on creating landing pages for specific campaigns. **Digital Marketing and Performance:** * Create visual materials (banners, short videos) for paid traffic campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.). * Understand paid traffic principles and platform-specific requirements to develop effective ads. * Collaborate with the communications/marketing team on lead-generation strategy, designing visual elements that optimize conversion. **Multimedia Editing:** * Perform basic video editing for Reels and other digital formats. * Conduct high-quality image retouching for use across all platforms.
