




Job Summary: We are looking for a copywriter to create and optimize performance-driven copy across multiple platforms, turning data into decisions and leading copy testing. Key Highlights: 1. You master persuasive writing, understand the funnel, and measure results. We seek someone who treats copy as a product: research, hypothesis, testing, and rapid action. What You’ll Do * Write and optimize performance-driven copy for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, Email, and SMS * Create sales pages, landing pages (LPs), short-form video scripts, and long-form scripts with a conversion focus * Turn data into decisions: analyze CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and propose new angles, hooks, and offers * Lead the copy testing process: hypotheses, variations, success criteria, and documentation * Collaborate with Media, Design, and CRM teams to launch integrated, scalable campaigns * Research target audiences, objections, and promises, structuring arguments by brand and funnel stage Required Qualifications * Minimum of 2 years as a copywriter in e-commerce, DTC, or infoproducts * Portfolio featuring performance-oriented pieces and at least 3 case studies with before-and-after metrics * Proficiency in frameworks such as Big Idea, AIDA, PAS, 4Ps, Storytelling, and references like Harmon Brothers * Sharp writing, flawless grammar, and ability to produce multiple versions rapidly * Solid understanding of CRO for LPs: hierarchy, social proof, offer design, reading UX, and UI microcopy * Comfort interpreting GA4/Looker dashboards and discussing copy’s impact on business metrics * Availability for in-person work in Belo Horizonte, Savassi Nice-to-Have Qualifications * Experience in beauty, wellness, or fashion * Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, RD Station, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign (or similar CRM/email marketing tools) and lifecycle-based segmentation * Ability to brief and edit UGC, including brand-specific tone-of-voice guidelines * Case studies featuring media spend exceeding $50k/month and proven conversion gains How We Measure Success * Increased CTR in creatives and ads * Reduced CPC and CPA while maintaining margins * Higher conversion rates on LPs and Email/SMS flows * Clear documentation of learnings and cross-brand replicability What We Offer * **Competitive compensation and benefits** * **An environment with creative autonomy and strong performance rigor** * **Rapidly growing brands and genuine space to test and scale**
