For the **Sales Associate** position at Decathlon, we operate across the following sports universes: Gym and Fitness Water Sports Boxing and Martial Arts Racquet Sports Camping, Hiking, and Winter Sports Surfing and Beach Sports Team Sports Cycling Skateboarding, Roller Skating, and Scooters Running and Walking Table Tennis and Ping Pong Fishing and Equestrian Sports Yoga **Responsibilities and Duties** **What are the main responsibilities?** * Deliver effective customer service to sports enthusiasts, ensuring optimal sales by understanding customers' purchasing needs and fostering loyalty; * Ensure attractive product display, restocking, replenishment, organization, and performance; * Support the store’s fitting room operations, organizing and assisting customers as needed; * Operate the cash register. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What do you need?** * Completed high school education * Availability to work on weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule * Passion for sports * Retail experience is considered a plus **What do we expect from our team members?** * Believe in the joys and benefits of sport * Be action- and challenge-oriented * Passionate about customer satisfaction * Value teamwork and collective effort * Be proactive and entrepreneurial-minded * Work responsibly and autonomously **Additional Information** **Our Benefits** * DecaPack: Monthly salary, transportation allowance, meal voucher or food allowance, medical and dental insurance, Dra.
