




Job Summary: Responsible for managing bed occupancy and its interfaces, ensuring compliance with regulations, analyzing indicators, defining improvements, and negotiating authorizations. Authorization negotiation and follow-up Responsible for **managing bed occupancy and its interfaces**, ensuring compliance with institutional, legal, and DP and HR guidelines. Conducts **indicator analysis**, defines **continuous improvement actions**, addresses customer needs, and performs **authorization negotiation/follow-up** (elective, emergency, extension, and internal admissions) with health insurance providers. Provides **support to billing and auditing** regarding claim denials, promotes **quality management**, **develops the team**, develops and monitors processes aligned with the **Strategic Plan**, ensures legal compliance, and participates in **departmental and cross-departmental interactions**. **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor's degree; * Postgraduate degree in Health field preferred Employment type: Full-time Compensation: R$4\.924,74 per month Work location: On-site
