Job Summary: Logistics professional responsible for planning, monitoring, and optimizing transportation and distribution operations, with a focus on quality, cost reduction, and continuous improvement. Participation in continuous improvement projects. **Job Description:** ---------------------- Plan and monitor transportation and distribution operations, ensuring service deadlines and quality; optimize routes to reduce costs; monitor logistics KPIs and analyze data to identify improvements; resolve operational incidents; maintain interfaces with carriers and internal teams; and participate in continuous improvement projects and implementation of logistics processes. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields; Prior experience in logistics, specifically in transportation, scheduling, and/or distribution; Knowledge of route planning and transportation management; Experience with data analysis and performance indicators; Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (Power BI or other analytical tools knowledge is desirable); Familiarity with TMS systems will be considered an advantage; Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills and results orientation. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Experience in Transportation Operations and Distribution Centers; Experience in fleet management (owned or outsourced); Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar). **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Benefits:** --------------- * Meal allowance * Health insurance * Dental insurance **Work Location:** ---------------------- COOP CAFEIC DA ZONA TRES PONTAS LTDA
